I have a 2009 Mazda B2300 2wd and the auto transmission is slipping (think its a 5R44E but could be wrong...don't know how to tell for sure.) I bought a trans from a 2006 Ranger 3.0 2wd, only to discover that the bellhousings are different. Does anyone know exactly what is involved with swapping the bellhousing, or where I could find such information? I have read a few posts saying that it is possible to do but is very involved....
