8.8" Diff. LS oil

I am about to change diff oil in my 8.8 ls and I am wondering what others are using in there diffs.

I'm using Lucas 80w-90.
Probably using 85w-140 with my next change though since I have a howl on decel

Ford recommends 75w-140 the Ranger and Explorer 8.8s. Also, don't forget the friction modifier since you have a L/S. Ford recommends XL-3 for that. Sure, the chart doesn't go back to 99, but it doesn't really matter.
