you should have gotten 5~6 out of the superlift... then another 3 with the body lift
Should have, but My Tbars didn't seem to get me as much lift as older rangers do. Me and Gumby had this discussion and he thinks the 04+ Ranger's just don't get as much lift.
I'm only sitting 7" taller than stock, thats taking into effect the tire size too. Subtract the extra 1.5" from the tires and I guess I did get about 5.5" out of the superlift and Tbars.
The thing with the 3" body lift for me now, is I don't wanna regear for 35's and get bigger tires.
We'll see how I feel about the height after I install the 1" bl. That will put me taller than Gumby. Then I'll bust his ***** about it LOL.

Yep, when I get MY Superlift I'll be sitting at right around 13" of lift (not including tires) but that's a while out and no, I'm not insane, it's a show truck now, I got my mud buggy. And Maurice, I would love to see your truck on two solid axles. Especially with 38x15.50, that would be NASTY (in a good way).

But, let me know if I'm wrong, the 4x4 suspension is the same as mine just without the 4x4 parts (diff,cv's, driveshaft). I could still bolt it up and it comes with the balljoint spacers right? So it'd be like a 4x4 with a SL putting lift spindles on (if he didn't have the cv's). There was a thread about it a while back.

And it's Trailmaster, not Superlift. Sorry.

are you sure? I remember reading somewhere that it can only be used with a 4" pitman arm, i know you can use it on bigger lifts but it requires some welding and fabing. but hey maybe im wrong. If i was that would be sweet because then i wouldnt have to modify my superruner steering when i finally install it. But I will only have like 6" of susp lift.

I don't have to consider anything....it's your truck...I just find it comical. You spend all that breath you have, voiceing your view on other people's trucks and what they should do and how they should build it, and if it doesn't meet your standards you spend 2 pages trying to pound your opinon about it to people who really don't care. But heaven forbid if someone voice's their opinion about your pretty truck. oh yeah...EVER consider the idea that people build their vehicle how they see fit?
