Manual gearbox

I have no idea the cause as it has an EGR delete (was doing it before) no vacuum leaks EVERYTHING fuel-related except for lines has been replaced O2 sensor replaced TPS replaced IAC replaced MAP replaced the TPS sensor has been calibrated it did get better but is still there

I am sure I have forgotten of other replaced things but this is confusing the hell out of me
