'89 Ranger 4wd Manual Hubs - Axle or Hub Parts?

Between the manual hub components and the outer wheel bearing nut are (were) a couple of spacers and a flat needle bearing assy (picture below), somehow destroyed. So now I have a 2wd truck! Are these parts available?

If they are considered part of the axle assy (not hub), will an aftermarket hub (such as Mile Marker 247) still install and operate properly?

Thanks --Larry

Surprisingly, the small-town wrecking yard had a mid-80s Bronco that had these parts intact! So I'm back in business. As best I can tell, all they do is stop the drive shaft from floating too far into the differential.
Thanks!
