C-clips in 83 Ranger 6.7" Rearend??

C-clips in 83 Ranger 6.7" Rearend??
Does anybody know whether the 6.7" rear end uses C-clips to retain the axles, or do the bearings retain the axles? I've got to change the axle seals and am trying to line up everything I'll need since once I take it apart, I won't have any way to get to the parts store. And yes, it's definitely the 6.7" rear; has a square 8-bolt cover and IIRC, the 7.5" has 10 bolts.
