Icon4 Clutch problems when below 32

I had clutch replaced at 109,000 in Oct 10, i'm not sure if the slave was bled properly. I do no I am missing the rubber diaphragm that goes in my master cylinder. :The mechanic that worked on my truck didn't know what he was doing:: On cold mornings when I start the truck, it lunges forward and it is hard to keep it running. Shutting off the truck and putting it in gear and starting it wont work b/c it wants to take off with the clutch to the floor. If i try to stop at a stop sigh i have to put it in N and getting it back into gear is nearly impossible, I have no clutch at all during this time once i fill the MC w brake fluid it is ok the next time I start it as long as the temp is warmer. Once the truck warms up there are no problems.

I will get another mechanic who specializes in Rangers to look at it...when i get the cash

Any thoughts??

If it is using fluid in the clutch reservoir , chances are he never replaced the slave cylinder. You should be able to tell by looking in the cutout where the line from the master cylinder connects in the trans.
If it has been changed then the master should be removed and inverted to get all the air out as the way it is mounted it traps an air bubble that is next to impossible to remove.
