Converting an 88 4wd ranger to solid axel

Im looking to convert my 88 ranger to a solid axel. I am wondering which axel is the easyest to swap in with not to much hacking and wacking(if possible haha) Any help is appreciated as I have no clue where to even start!!

Best bet is to search. Click the search and just type SAS and you will find ALL YOUR ANSWERS! Good luck!

you can get a cheap 4 inch lift for your truck for around 500.

or you can do this

jeep dana 30 with YJ 4 inch lift springs, i have about 500 into it.

but you will need to do a lot of welding and fabbing.
