Could have some water in the fluid that froze but you would have had that when you first started the truck in the morning, not after it had been running.
Have someone press on the pedal while someone opens the bleeder valve on the bell housing.
If pedal moves and fluid flows out then Master is OK, problem is in the slave.
If pedal still doesn't move then either Master or Quick disconnect fitting at bell house is the problem.
If Quick disconnect fitting comes loose pedal will not move.

I had something similar with mine. Pedal wouldn't move. This was after a shop "fixed" my truck by installing a new slave, a new clutch and pressure plate.
Turns out they didn't install the new parts on centerline and it screwed up my clutch, pressure plate and I had to have a new shop install new parts.
The pilot bearing was pushed out and the clutch was only making contact at two spots. I saw the burn marks. After the first shop screwed things up what your describing happened happened to mine. I tried for 3 days to bleed the slave and with the help of a couple people too.
Look at what the others have said. You might need to replace the slave cylinder and or the master cylinder.

He's talking Fahrenheit. His 13 is our -10....
Guy, it sounds like you're having a similar issue that I had. Bring it back and make them make sure the parts were installed on centerline. I would put money on it they weren't. You can either being it to the original shop and hope they'll make it right or do what I did and bring it to a trans guy. He was honest and told me I'm in a bad spot cus if I said something to the original shop is be in limbo. I had to bite the bullet and eat the cost of the original install. Lesson learned, trans items go to the specialist

I know.... I'm talking Fahrenheit to..... Notice the "F" in my post?
-10 C or, 13 F is no where near cold enough to have that effect on a vehicle. otherwise everyone and their mother's would have the issue. That's the point I'm trying to get at.
Now if it really was actually cold, like I get, I could see it possibly being an issue. But that's not the case.

Yes, there is a special tool, but many have used flat blade screwdrivers
Picture of tool here: KD Tools Ford Clutch Tool Hydraulic Quick Disconnect Tool KDT3413: Upgrade with the best Clutch Tools at Advance Auto Parts
It is only a few dollars at most parts stores
This video shows how to use the tool so you can see how you might use a couple of screwdrivers:
