Dana 35tt wobble

Got a Dana 35 ttb on my ranger .it's got play in the caster camber bushing on the driver side.the upper and lower ball joints are fine wheel bearings are fine I replaced them before and there is zero play with those parts. My question is wtf is with the bushing? I can't tighten it anymore if I do I'm probably going to break the bolt or strip threads.has anyone ran into this? I'm sure most are going to say replaced the metal bushing but it shows no worn marks and is pretty much the same as a brand new one at O really's what gives???
