doubler options

hey guys ive been in the market for a doubler t-case and with searching around i was wondering what the smartest/ cheapest way to go was to build my own or to buy one...

so my question is what are my options on manufactured doublers, i know they use to make them but on other threads they said they quit making them but i didnt know if that still holds true, i know atlas has one that will work but if i can buy or make one cheaper i will do that before resorting to the atlas

any info you guys may have would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
-Andy
