Driveshaft Runout

I had a rear driveshaft made because of some severe happenings under my truck and when it is in place, right behind the slip yoke i have .040'' runout. It should never be more than .015''. I have .003 runout on the differential flange and .004 at the transfer case. I called the place that made it and they claim that it left there with .010 runout and they wouldnt have let it leave with more than that. Is there anything else it could be besides the driveshaft before i go make a fool of myself? before the slip yoke, right after the transfercase, the driveshaft runs out .005'' but after the slip yoke it runs out .040'' BTW its a 1 piece driveshaft

bad pinion bearing? or slightly bent pinion causing the run out. You really need to check runout on a shaft off the truck.

i was thinking that but i sont have a way to secure both ends of it at home. also my pinion only runs out .003 where .010 is allowed on an 8.8 so i think thats ok but im still not sure
