explorer 8.8 swap

i bought an explorer 8.8, the question i have is where can i buy new spring mounts to weld on for the flip? also the shock mounts? do they carry them at like auto zone or something or do i have to go somewhere special. i dont feel like cutting my own out of square stock.

You can get them from a vendor on here, Ruff Stuff I think is the name. Look in the vendors section and use the code RANGER for 10% off.

you going to lift it? get a djm flip kit $60. 5in lift right there. the shcok mounts are on the stock plate for the axle. if that makes any sense to you.

putting a flip kit on an explorer axle wont lift a ranger. we are already leaf over axles ha.

tractor supply has spring perches. or any trailer store should carry the mounts

yes it willexpo axle is spring under. as stock it is spring over. flip kit flips them to under on a stock ranger. on the expo axle it will make it a sring over.

i know what your are trying to get at... but explorer. spring under... ranger spring over...
putting the spring perches on the top of an explorer axle will sit exactly the same height as a factory ranger axle...
