I think you'll need 97-04 F-150 ubolts and spring plates to fit the axle. At least that's what I recall working. All because of the bigger axle tubes. If you could find Level II spring plates and ubolts, you could use them. Last time I knew they were discontinued (ubolts and spring plates separate) but you could get them with a new axle. lol

For the Ubolts can't you just go to a Drive line shop and ask them to bend you up new ones? It should be really cheap, and you shouldn't reuse Ubolts anyways.

Worst comes to worst, why not hit the junkyard and pull some spring plates?

I have some expo 31 spline spring plates sitting in my garage.... Do those interest you?

Also good work on the projects!

I think the hitch is 26.25in wide with the hitch centered on that....

You'll have to taper the ends of the hitch to get it to fit inside the frame... It's 26.25in boxed, but the end that faces the front of the truck gets shaved down about .5in towards the back of the sq. tubing for the hitch... If that makes sense...

Also, if you flip the hitch upside down like mine, notch out the the factory x-member completely and set the top of the hitch flush with the top of the x-member... If that makes sense too...

As long as you pay shipping you can have them free of charge man. Another member on here has persuaded me not to sell to Canada, but if you're honest and keep in touch with me, we can work it out. It's up to you man.
