Finally got it finished
So I bought my 1998 4x4 with the 4x4 not working. Took a guess it was hubs but it wasnt. The whole system was screwy and the 4x4 indicator lights kept flashing. Wasnt a fuse or connection and being I hate modules of all kinds I had an idea. 1345m popped into my head and down that road I went. Well it was simple to swap the t case in but being my front hubs were gone and I had mismatched tires front and rear (I was going through a rough patch money wise) I never put the drive shaft or shifter in. Well today I changed that and got to it. Really an easy job if you dont mind losing a cup holder. So here is the final product
nothing fancy, It just works which is what I wanted. Also getting AVM hubs here soon to finish off the manual 4x4 swap.
PS. t case is in 4lo for the pic, made it look better lol

Thanks, Well it all really starts with the truck not having reverse. So i was gonna 5 speed swap it and the trans had this on it. Well i decided against it and sold the trans but kept the 1354m. Just seemed like a good idea for the route I am headed. Only issue is now my dad wants it done on his 1995 B4000

haha that was under my seat, I am not sure whose it is but it isnt mine lol
That is temporary till I can get to a pick and pull to find a new one to tweak and make better. I put 4x4 infront of my need for a clean console. Also I may just bit the bullet and do buckets with a center console so that would be gone anyways
