First gear clunk

Hey guys, I had my truck out in the snow the other day and really started to notice a problem I have with the truck. It seems that if I give it pretty heavy throttle in first gear, mainly in 4 low climbing stuff on the gas, but i've had it happen to me on the street quickly accelerating in 2wd. The problem also seems to get worse with more people in the truck.

My buddy was sitting in the back and he had described it as if the driveshaft was hitting the floor. It almost has a clunk. I used to have quite the driveline vibration, then realized a u-joint was bad, and ended up changing all of them. It also seems that it does it only if I'm going in a fairly straight line. I know there is a fairly big problem with the 2 piece driveshafts? But everything was changed and greased besides the hanger bearing, but that seemed to be good so i don't know.

Has anyone had this problem before? Thanks

All of my rangers have a clunk. I've found it to be the backlash in the rear diff gears. You can hear it in most manual trans pickups if you listen or like you said have someone in the bed.
