Flywheel has 9k miles, need to resurface w/clutch?
Flywheel has 9k miles, need to resurface w/clutch?
Tl;dr
I didn’t adjust the automatic tensioners on my 2008 manual pressure plate when I did the clutch a year ago, and I recently lost clutch completely. Replaced slave and master cylinder, still nothing.
So I’m assuming the clutch disk wore done prematurely, this weekend I’m replacing pressure plate and clutch disk but wanted to know if y’all think i should really resurface/replace flywheel.
There was no obvious hotspots or ridges when I pulled the transmission last weekend by the way.
