2010 Ranger fast clicking on left turn?

2010 Ford Ranger 4x4 making fast clicking sound upon left turn. I have ideas of my own what it could be but wanted to put it before the experts here before fixing the DIY route. Would like to get the fix right on the first try because I'll be working outdoors in Colorado and it's chilly. No clicking when driving straight.

Short YouTube video. You can listen and watch. Car is in 2wd not 4wd at the time of filming.

Welcome to the forum

Most likely the front axle CV joint but can be propeller joint on transfer case, propeller joint was a know issue on 1998 and up Rangers but generally they would make a clicking noise anytime vehicle was moving not just when turning

You have a Dana 35 SLA in a 2010 Ranger 4x4, info here: https://www.therangerstation.com/tec...a_35_sla.shtml

Propeller joint can be rebuilt, there are videos on that, Explorers used the same setup 1998 and up

I would jack up front wheel BY THE FRAME so wheel is hanging, this puts axles CV joint at an angle, then spin the wheel to see if you can localize the "clicking"

Front differential is OPEN type, so even though turning left and hearing the clicking, it doesn't mean its the left axle CV joint
