LEFT FRONT WHEEL VIBRATION/ RUMBLE NOISE ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED 105000 MILES THANKS

You need a new truck.....................:)

If you have a vibration or noise from left front wheel then jack up left front wheel and have a look, not sure what other help we can offer until you look and feel if wheel is loose.

Could be:
Bad tire
brake caliper/pads
hub bearing
Axle CV joint
Differential
CV joint on the transfer case, not an uncommon problem in the early 2000's Rangers and explorers

Not implying it is a bad axle CV joint, it is just this video covers disassembly so you can see what's behind each wheel in the front

 

when i have all wheels off the ground no noise? and wheel is tight checked all the above what is cv joint at transfer case or is that a u joint thank you in advance
