98" 4x4 pulse to live axle swap completed. Removed old cv axles and bearing hubs. When i test is out and drive less than a 100ft both hubs fail. The outer part of the hub separates from the inner. This has happened twice on new bearing hubs. Everything lines up perfectly. What would cause this? I appreciate any help
