Front end?
Front end?
Ok Need some drivetrain help. I have a 94 mazda b4000 4X4 basicly a ranger with different stickers. I need to know what needs to be replaced in the front end to make it new again. Its all starting to loosen up and wear the tires a little. I replaced the shocks and have just added a new set of tires so what do i need to refresh my front end. Any help would be appreciated im going to lift it in a couple months but i want to get it all back up to par first. Thanks Quadfather03
do this list and you will be good....
1. Ball joints
2. wheel bearings
3. tie rod ends
those 3 things aren't cheap to have someone do it, ball joints alone will cost $450+......but if you can do it yourself, then go for it.....that is what is basically tied into tire wear...

on those ball joints, get MOOG brand....they are more expensive, but they are durable......and make sure they have the grease fitting on them so you can service them...
on the tie rod ends also get MOOG brand and make sure they have the grease fittings on them.....
on the wheel bearings, get Timken bearings....they are the best on the market.....
