1993 ranger front rearend swap,to a torsion bar front end

does any one know how hard this is to do ,my 93 ranger 4x4 front rearend is bad ,i can get a torsion bar front rearend for free, how hard is this to do ,??? thanks ray

hard? yes, very. nothing is "bolt in"

id consider swaping frames.
