It would help if you posted your desired outcome. Is the truck 4x2 or 4x4? Lifted? Tire size you're going to run? Other than that, yes, all you need to regear is the new gears and install kit(s).

 

I'm running 4.10s that are stock on my 2004 tremor 2wd 3.0l my tire size is 255/70/r16 and as for outcome, i am looking to get off the line quicker. this is my DD but I'm not on the highway very often anything else that might help you help me?

 

You'll be good with what you got then. That tire size and 4.56's it'll definitely get off the line faster.

 

Might want to get an extra crush sleeve or two. They are a one time use and if you do not get the pinion bearing preload right you will need another.
