Hey everyone so my ford recently started flashing its O/D light and threw the P0717 code. I know it’s for the ISS circuit, however when I checked the resistance of the sensor it was at about 90ohms. The flashing O/D light is also intermittent and I only feel it shifting rough when it is flashing. I think it might be a wiring issue but I’m not sure where to go from here. Thanks for any help in advance.

If it is the speed sensor itself, removal and disassembly of the transmission is required.
Hope it's a wire break at a connector or trouble at the ECU.
