Icon5 how do i find my axle ratio

i have a 2004 ranger ext cab 2wd 5 spd 3.0 liter,i beleive it has the tow package,i understand it has a 7.5" open carrier, but what would be the ratio-is there an rpo list that will tell me the option package and other spec of the truck?

also would a 95 b2300 2wd ext cab 5spd have the same rear axle and ratio ?

i have found the mazda for parts, iam cross checking to see what i should keep for parts.

thanks

any help would be great

look on the axle there will be a tag that says 3 55 75 xxxx which would be a 3.55 ratio and a 7.5" rear end. or it may say 3L55 75 xxxx for 3.55 limited slip...try to post what that tag says on here

Look on the driver's side door jam.A white sticker will have the axle code for what came with the truck.

I can't read the tag on my rear end, but the door sticker on says axle is F7.

Any ideas on what that is?

I bet thats right. F6 is 3.73 7.5 and R7 is 4.10 8.8

so 2 + 2 = F7 means 4.10 7.5 haha
