how do i tell if i have an 8.8

I have a 2003 XLT 2wd, I want to covert the drum brakes to disc but im not 100% sure if I have an 8.8 or not. The tag on the dif reads V-370L, 3 73 75 3 G24. Do you guys know of a site or have some info that would help?
