id pick one up if i didnt already have the new gasket here for mine already. I've used quite a few 'rtv-less' gaskets..those steel reinforced ones are the best! I run them on the valve covers and trans pan of my 'cuda with no issues. It LOOKS like the right kind.
Also note, the ones i have on my 'Cuda are steel reinforced and have some rubber like coating on them. 110% reuseable.. I'd bet those probably are too. If they dont crush, and dont stick to either surface...its worth a shot
And if you are pulling your third member every weekend, why not just get a suction pump? I've done that before as well and got a very good portion of the fluid out and didn't have to deal with the gasket

Same here as well, I've got my trusty copper sitting in my toolbox, and its used before I feel like using anything else.

idk about u guys, but considering i pull my cover and pull my third member after every weekend to change the fluids, payin 17 for a gasket ill have to replace in a week seems kinda foolish for me, i always just use whatever silicone i got layin around, never had a problem with leaks
