not a locker but a "trac-loc" diff.
if you really want to know look at the tag on the axle, there will be numbers like 8.8 and 4L10 the second set is the gear ratio and if it has the L in there then you have a limited slip or trac-loc as ford calls it.
now the FX4 level 2 has a "torsion" locker factory and is sort of like a detroit true trac

the Torsen and the Tru-Trac are both of the same design, yup
