well im picking up a 8.8 from the junk yard tommorow all i know is its out of a ranger and it has 3.55's 100$. wat do i need to replace to have 4.10gears or higher and l/s? spider gears? everything? thx for the help.

 

forget that axle entirely and wait till you find a junkyard that has an 8.8 with 4.10s would be my guess

 

Yeah, find a different axle. $100 is too much and you'll have to replace the carrier to get L/S and regearing ain't cheap.
