loud vibration and noise

ok i have a problem when i am playing and get my rpms up to about 3000 or 3500 rpms i cant shift it into gear what could make this happen thanks guys any help would be appreciated its a 99 5 speed 3.0

well i guess no one knows anything about this guess i will have to figure it out on my own.

The pilot bearing is dragging and spinning the input shaft on the transmission.
Keep your foot off the skinny pedal when you depress the clutch.
