im thinking about welding a screw driver to the piece that twists on the back of the t-case

thats about the only way to convert it haha. then again idk how the shifter works for a 1354M.

I'm looking for a full out, lever shifter deal.

I'm not messing with him.. I'm dead serious when i say I'm going to weld a screw driver to the part that turns and shifts the t-case.

I paid $100 for mine out of a 94 Explorer. It's a BW 13-54 Manual Shift. A couple other places I looked had them for $150-200.

There's a guy locally selling his for 180 with linkages.

Remember, you still need the hard to find tailhousing if you're a manual, which you are. lol

Thats only on the newer trucks. Our trucks 98-2000 and maybe some other years already have the correct tailhousing.
