Manual transmission problems. Need advice!!!

I have a 2002 2wd ranger with a 3.0 engine and a 5 speed manual transmission. Since I bought the truck at 40,000 miles the transmission has had a rattling noise when left in neutral with the clutch engaged. This noise has recently started to sound more... nasty for lack of a better word. Today it started becoming difficult to shift gears. And while in gear with the clutch pushed in I could feel a little pulsing or vibrating as if the clutch wasn't pressed in all the way. Also when in gear with the clutch pushed in there is a similar rattling noise as the one that occurs when in neutral.

I had the clutch and master cylinder replaced at 75000 miles, although i'm not sure i trust the work that was done. The truck currently has 152000 miles.

Have my input shaft and throwout bearings gone bad? Any advice is much appreciated.

Thats what I would assume... Take it to get checked out.. Definitely something wrong with the clutch/input shaft.
