Missing shifts!!

I have a 2010 ranger XLT sport 4x4 plow truck that has already allegedly had the transmission replaced on it. Since I got it in December it seems to miss shifts under medium to hard acceleration and seem to hit a false neutral. Hard to tell what gear it is missing. But it seems like if you accelerate at any speed it will miss the shift and anything more than half throttle really. I’m pretty sure that most of the time it seems to miss the gear after it kicks down. Transmission fluid seems like it’s at a normal level. Seems to shift fine and smooth under normal acceleration and drivin. I don’t see any codes or lights besides the a TPMS light, seems unrelated to me but just wanted to give all the detail I can.
