you would need to find a mazda M5OD from behind the same engine bolt pattern that you have (either the 4-cyl, the 3.0L, or the 2.9L/2.8L/4.0L) and it needs to be same drive as your truck, either 2wd or 4wd. There are actually 6 different physical versions of the mazda, 3 different engine bolt patterns and 2 drive options so that makes 6 different combinations and you need the one to match what you have.
