Icon8 Modulater Valve - Help!!!

How in the world do you get to the modulater valve on a 94 A4LD tranny?
The heat shield moves a little, but then the catalytic converter is just about right up againist the heat shield & tranny. Anybody got suggestions or ideas?
Thanks,
J. Terry

i just changed mine on my 94 but i got a thee inch body lift so i was able to get between the frame and cab to get to it, if you dont have a body lift the only thing i can suggest is loosen the cab mount bolts and jack up the cab to get in between, i dont think you can get it between the cat and tranny but anything possible, made a BIG difference.
