is my clutch bad?

98 ranger may be factor clutch idk. got 130k miles on it. it doesnt slip or do anything stupid. but some one just drove it and just said ur clutch is shot. idk if hes wasn't use to or what. the only prob i have is in reverse grass and some times shifting down the road. in reverse and in grass it seems like it doesnt wanna go. like i have burp the gas alot and it bogs down. grass it likes to spin. could be that i just havent 100% mastered it even tho its goin on 2 years that i have drove 5 speed. on the road it seems like it grabs real quick and luges. im sure this is a poor explanation. its been pretty much like this since a got it. the engagement zone is like 3/4 the way out. it did use to slip when i was haven engine probs. i cleaned the maf and ever since then it hasnt slipped or anything. just some times it feels more sloppy then others thats prob the best way to explain. rather then that it stops and pulls out just fine. so if any one could tell me is this signs of it starting to go or is it just how the ranger works. hell i could just be a bad driver

Cleaning the MAF would have absolutely 0 effect on the clutch slipping. If it "used to slip" then it still does, as there really isn't any way it would have gained clutch material to stop. Honestly if you can get it into gear and shift it fine, and you can make it up hills, I wouldn't worry about it. Just keep driving it until you notice some real obvious slipping. Like when your going up a hill and your RPMs climb but the truck slows down.
