rear diff upgrade

Hey guys im wanting to upgrade my rear differential to something a little stronger, im looking and either getting an explorer 8.8 LSD w/ 31 spline axles and 4:10's
or a Ford 9" LSD with 31 spline and 4:10's

the reason i want the expo axle is because of the rear disk brake, but i hear they are hard to find with an LSD.. so i was wondering what the code for the 31 spline LSD with 4:10s is?

i would like the 9" because well they are bullet proof and i plan to throw a built 5.0 in later on, so if i go that rout what car or truck has a 9" with the closest hub face detentions and 4:10s?

or is there any other options that might be better for me?

Thanks for the help and ideas,
-Andy

Expo's are easy to find with l/s, but finding it with that and 4.10's is hard. Nine inch is no where near bolt on and as far as I know there isn't anything close to stock dimensions for our rangers.

im going to start to look for a expo with 4:10 and an LSD, dose anyone know the code for this axle?

and also is an axle out of a open diff interchangeable with an axle with an LSD in it, both 28 spline?

so essentially, if you find a 4.10 8.8 it's a l/s?

(with the exception of the k6 code and 89 code, as that doesn't spesify open or not or 8.8 or not)

BTW, most explorer axles come with LSD. I got mine for like $200-$250 with brakes and everything.
