Rear disc brake swap

In addition to my '06 ranger 4.0L, I also own a '98 mustang gt. The mustang is wrecked, but repairable. My question is about the rear disc brakes on my mustang. I'm pretty sure my ranger has the 8.8" rear axle. Could I get the disc brakes off my mustang to work for my ranger? The ranger has anti-lock brakes, the mustang does not.
