Slave cylinder?

Hey everyone i got a 97 ranger I've changed the clutch, clutch master cylinder bleed the **** out of of don't see any leaks fluid is clean and not dropping but for some reason at times I'll still have trouble getting it into gear quickly after light changes also she don't like to come out of first and change to second feels like it's hanging and she don't like to downshift into second unless rev matched i got a good bit of money in her expect it to shift alittle better anyone got any ideas?

Did you use a Self adjusting(SAC) pressure plate?

These cost a bit more but are worth it

When clutch disc is new its thick, so regular pressure plate needs to move farther back to release all the pressure, self adjusting has a separate set of springs to make that possible, and as clutch disc wears down it "self adjust" to be closer

A regular pressure plate may need to have the clutch disc wear down a bit before it will fully release
So for now shift into 1st while still moving and then leave clutch pedal down while stopped, do not shift into Neutral, this will speed up the "break in" process for the new clutch disc
