My speed limiter is low

Hey my speed limiter is 85mph when I have big tires on when I have the tires on I like all I can do is 70 mph on my 2010 mazda b2300 2.3L I suppose the plus is I don’t need to set the Cruz control on the interstate 🙄 but it sucks my fuel economy riding the speed governor all the time… or I can switch to my 2008 ford ranger that can do 100mph🤪 why is the 2010 mazda b2300 so low on the limiter and does anyone know how I could change it?
