Still no power

You guys have been a great help. If you can help me with something. I recently changed my my motor out which had 270,000 miles to one that 13,000 miles. I still have no power going uphill. I changed the fuel filter and fuel pump regulator and the coil packs. Oh yeah it's a 2.3L two wheel drive. I had to use the old head cause the spark plug heads were so rusted that they broke in the head the new head. I think I need to get that head overhauled and put that one in. Opinions?

My timing was off by two teeth and two spark plug wires were in the wrong spot. I have power now going uphill and and great exceleration.
