Just to update... everyone who advised to get new hardware.... F@#$ YOU!!
There's nothing wrong with the factory clips, and the new ones I got came slightly bent but I bent em back and put them on. They have an extra little piece in the center, and the rotor I got has a little dimple in the edge. So I recently the clip moved just enough to catch the divot in the rotor, so with EVERY rotation, it catches and makes an awful noise. It shouldn't really do any real damage, but it hurts my earballs. I already took them back off once again and thought I had it fixed but it came back sporadically. So I need to pull them off again and I'm going to cut the damn tab in the middle right off.

And it didn't help this all happened shortly before my electrical system shut down on the highway... but thats another story.

Have the Calipers given you any trouble ?

Sometimes when the pads are worn out as far as your were, the piston in the calipers wear out the bore more and when you apply pressure or the one time you apply a lot of pressure they blow out.

Try a couple of power stop somewhere, just to see.
