ok my truck wont shift in to second gear, until i let off the gas, or i drop the rpm to about 20000rpm, i have a ranger 94 4.0 4x4 auto, it dose it to all the gears, its like a late shift, but second gear is the worst,

 

is your o/d off light flashing?

 

Just swap a manual, lol
