Transfer Case Issue??
I have a 2004 Ranger XLT 4.0 4X4, I am experiencing in
4 high a bumping or short slipping sensation in 1st 2nd
and Drive whenever I'm going downhill not noticeable
up hill it happens about every 5 to 7 seconds it is very
pronounced in 1st gear but present in all other gears.
Has anyone else experienced this?
By the way this condition is with the drive train unloaded
off the gas.
