I have a 92' Ranger, 4wd 5-speed 4-cylinder. In the summer I plan on doing a 302 swap, that way I can get rid of the FI system and run a good ole' fashion carb. I've been searching around and cannot find answers to some questions. What trans do I use to keep it 5-speed and how will the transfer case mate to it? And what driveshafts will I be required to use?

I know I will have to get a different rear as mine is a 7.5 rear and I doubt it will hold up to the 302, considering I take this truck through a lot of mud.
