Valve cover gasket

I have a 98 with a 4 cylinder and I wonder how hard is it to replace one? It doesn't look to difficult but will I run into problems with leaking vacuum or what not when I remove the air intake and will I need a gasket for that??

Thanks!!

Chuck

Compression is fine. Push rods look fine. Still don't understand the two numbers for torquing them down. Is it 12 for intake 25 for exhaust?
