Vibration at hiway speed

Getting a vibration after about 90km/h thought originally it was a bad tire or rim. Since changed both tires and wheels all the way around, still getting the vibration. Seems to be from the back of the truck but hard to tell also seems to get just slightly better when im coasting opposed to on the throttle. Alignment seems ok shifts seem ok other than a bit of a clunck if I let off the gas quick from an acceleration like merging on the hiway. Looking for some tips on possible issues. Its a 2001 3.0L 2 wheel drive with 290,xxx km

Drive shaft balance seems like next thing to check

Look at drive shaft for any "clean spots" where a weight could have fallen off

Google: checking drive shaft balance with hose clamp
You can see if hose clamp moves indicating a balance issue

Clunk can be the slip joint and it needs to be lubed

I would do u-joints as well
