weird clutch problem

Im starting to get desperate with my truck, just before chrismas the master and slave cylinder want out, so i took the holiday to replace them and by the way install a bran new clutch, since then i had no trouble the master and slave come from the dealer and the clutch is a daikin. I had to go get my new tire about an hour from my house when i got there the shifter was hard to put in speed, return home everything worked fine. Now i had to go back the bring back the rims to the guy, same thing shifter was hard but this time i could get it in gear with a little bit of muscle but when i got back i had to stay in third for the 4 stop before home put it in reverse to get in the driveway and it worked perfect, tried every speed and they all went in smoothly. Ive worked in transmission shop and seen a lot of clutch trouble but this one is a first to me so if anybody have ideas let my know cause i dont have any left!!

The level is perfect, what i suspected was the heat from the left exhaust was affecting the clutch oil but it would have been worst when it got home not be completely **** up on the stop before my house and perfect to get in the driveway.

Tought it was the fork in the trans but i didnt have the chance to look it just broke down completely. Was coming to a stop put it in first and bang the to rear wheel locked completely. Im tired of working on it so i brought it to the transmission shop of my old boss, ill let him fix it and change the front diff bearing at the same time.

you don't have a fork in your trans you have a hydraulic clutch.
