What is my Axel?

i need to replace my U-jionts in my '93 XLT 4x4, and the dudeguy at autozone asked if i had Dana 38's or Dana 44's
and i kinda need my truck whole to drive it down there, so do you guys know what i have?

"Dudeguy" is wrong....you either have a Dana 28 or Dana 35 if it's stock. No Ranger ever came with a front 44. All you ever want to know right here...

As for which one you have, someone beat me to the 28/35 comment. 44 was a solid axle in the full size rigs. I don't remember if they came as a TTB or not.
