What rear ends will fit my 99?

I've got a 99 2.5L 5 speed short box Ranger that I've had a few months now. Seems like a good truck so far. I did have to replace an injector already, meh. Anyway I thought the little bastard was getting squirrelly and thought maybe shocks needed replaced. Of course I wasn't that lucky when I wiggled the wheel. I jacked it up and the right rear wheel will move in and out about an 1/8" My guess is the rear end is pretty well done for, right? Please tell me I'm wrong.

The tag reads: 7.5" 373 Date code:5/26/99 SN:S370S

Anyone know what other years and power trains I'm safe to swap with? I'm not ready to give up on this little truck yet.
